The Brindlee - 900+ Follower’s Gift
2br, 2.5ba 20x30 Lot

This house is a mixture of a few house plans that I liked, I kind of took bits and pieces from each and melded them into one. Sometimes it left me with some awkward positioning, but with careful planning I think that I pulled it off.

It has a large living space, a dining area with an open concept feel while still remaining separate, half bath on the downstairs, a galley kitchen, utility room, and spacious master suite complete with a beautiful en suite bathroom. The upstairs has only one spare room, as well as a full bath, but there is certainly enough room for expansion up there.

It is fully landscaped, with only a little bit of a side yard, but with space for a veggie patch, basketball hoop, or kids’ play area.

There is CC included with the sims3pack, but it is only two patterns. The rest of the CC that was used is optional, you don’t have to put it in your game, but you will have to go through and replace windows and doors. If you do put in the CC, make sure all package files are in the Mods folder before you install.

TOU: Same as always, don’t upload elsewhere or take credit blah blah: tag me so I can see what you do with it!

All EP’s up to University were used, no SP’s.

I’ve tried, God knows I’ve tried, but University Life just doesn’t interest me.

I generally like it overall, but honestly I am def more excited about the new gameplay aspects (like the new phone, etc), interactions, and objects/CAS stuff than the actual university part.

First off, you can either you Dach’s, or S-Club Privee’s.
**NOTE: Be sure to use a program to unzip the files to open them. Unarchiver and Stuffit Expander are free to use and you can download them here and here.
Once you have one of those downloaded, unzip it, and open you Apps folder.
Right click on “The Sims 3” icon and choose “Show Package Contents” from the drop down menu.
From there, go to the “Frameworks” then “Resources” and follow the path transgaming>c drive> Program Files>Electronic Arts>The Sims 3>Game>Bin
Make a backup of your original “graphicsrules.cgr” file and add “.orig” at the end of it.
Place the altered “graphicsrules.sgr file (HQ Mod) in the bin.
Delete caches, and open the game to test.
I could not use any pictures as I no longer have Sims 3 installed on my Mac.
**Edited to add missing folder. Thank you noxnoxnox**

Here’s the updated mod that Rez Delnava made now compatible with patch 1.50. It expands the slots for beauty marks, freckles, and wrinkles. The picture above shows me applying all the beauty marks I have to Francesca’s face. Place the .package in your Mods/Overrides folder or Mods/Packages folder. I tend to put all mods and sliders in the Overrides folder for my own personal taste. Enjoy and let me know if there’s any problems.

Sorry for the crappy pic. I literally just took a screencap from the website. I unblocked the file so it can install. It should work.
Special thanks to astroparagnoste  for sharing with me and giving me permission to share with you all as well!

Found a tutorial on how to get rid of that annoying glowy thing lighting does to most objects.

I can’t wait to try this out later, that stupid glow always annoys me! I think it started when WA was released?

Just for the record, I tried this and it works! Yay, I can actually have lights on in my sim houses :/
